The Retail Therapy feature, which was new for 2013, saw industry leaders hosting a round table arena of workshops addressing the retail market’s hot topics – social media application, multi-channel marketing, understanding consumer behaviour and how to effectively integrate mobile into a marketing campaign.
A full conference programme addressed trends and issues facing the industry, with sessions demonstrating practical ideas and solutions to increase sales in-store and create retail theatre through inspiring case studies.
