What's on-site vetting?

We've made some changes for MWL'15 and all registrations will be vetted.

MWL’15 is free to attend for buyers of marketing products and services, as well as those who work in the marketing department of their business. Suppliers of products and services will be required to purchase a supplier ticket (at a cost of £125 + VAT) to access the show.

MWL accepts no liability for any costs incurred by those travelling to the event without completing their registration.

How much does it cost to attend?

MWL is still free to attend for buyers of marketing products and services. However suppliers of marketing products and services are required to pay £125 + VAT to attend the show. This will grant you access for both days of the show.

Please note that all registrations will be vetted, and any suppliers who register for a free pass will be contacted, and their places cancelled if they do not wish to purchase a ticket. Please click here for more information.

Insight is free to attend for both client-side and agency-side insight professionals.

What content can I access?

For 2015, we're introducing a new, senior-level, paid-for conference - The Big Debate. Featuring some of the most knowledgeable names in marketing, each session in the two day programme will culminate in an interactive panel discussion to guarantee that attendees get answers to those burning questions.

There’ll still be a whole host of brilliant free content as well. The Marketing Academy will bring back their brain-building bootcamp and MWL’15 will host The Marketing Tech Theatre and The Brand Engagement and Innovation Theatre.

There’s also two free-to-attend theatres at Insight’15; hear from big brand names at The Insight Excellence Programme or discover secrets from the best at The Insight Conference.

Can I visit both MWL and Insight?

Yes - whichever show you register for, you can use the same badge to gain access to the other event.

And we recommend it - research is crucial to marketing, and insight professionals can benefit from understanding how insight and data are used in marketing.

What do I do if I have lost my badge or confirmation email?

No need to worry, simply make your way to the registration desks when you arrive, give them your name and they will be able to print you off a new visitor badge.

How do I get there?

It's really easy to get to MWL and Insight, which take place at Olympia Central, London.

The nearest tube station is Kensington Olympia, which can be reached via the London Overground. Olympia is also a short walk from Barons Court station on the Piccadilly Line or West Kensington station on the District Line. Mainline trains from Watford Junction and Clapham Junction also stop at Kensington Olympia.

Can students attend MWL'15/Insight'15?

As MWL’15 is a show for professionals, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate students at the event.

Are tickets transferable/refundable?

Unfortunately not, tickets to MWL'15 and Insight'15 are non-transferable and we cannot offer refunds.
